This piece was created following a tutorial in Advanced Photoshop and then giving it some of my own flair and style to the piece using Adobe Photoshop CS3. The picture is of Ganga, a Hindu river goddess of the Ganges River. Many Hindus make a pilgrimage once a year to bathe in the waters of the Ganges River believing the goddess Ganga will cleanse them of 10 sins from their past 10 lives. She is a goddess of health, fertility and material goods.
